PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – GDPR
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, BEST SELLERS S.R.L. (Euro Care) is obliged to process the personal data you provide securely and exclusively for the declared purpose.
Personal data submitted by filling in contact forms or by e-mail is treated with full confidentiality. You are not obliged to provide us with personal data; however, data submitted voluntarily will be used exclusively to process your request.
Under Regulation (EU) no. 679/2016, you have the right of access, the right of intervention over the data and the right not to be subject to an automated individual decision. You also have the right to object to processing and to request the deletion of the data, as well as the right to apply to the courts.
Euro Care uses personal data exclusively for the purpose of issuing the invoice and passing the data on to the courier company. We do not process the data for any other purposes.
Under European Regulation no. 679/2016, as a natural person you have the following rights:
– The right to information and access to personal data
You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed.
– The right to restriction of processing
There may be situations in which you wish to restrict the processing of certain data for a limited period. You can send a request by e-mail or change the settings in your user account. The restriction can be lifted at any time using the same methods.
– The right to object to the processing of personal data
You can request at any time that certain personal data no longer be processed, without it being deleted from the database.
– The right to rectification of personal data
Whenever your data changes (for example, your e-mail address), you can update the information in our database by logging into your online account or by sending a request by e-mail.
– The right to erasure of personal data
If you want your personal data deleted from our database, you can submit a request by e-mail or from your user account. Please note that if the data is processed on the basis of a legal obligation, the deletion request may be refused; in that case, only the data whose processing cannot continue without your consent will be deleted.
