Products purchased at a distance may be returned in accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance (O.U.G.) no. 34/2014.
The consumer has the right to notify the seller in writing, within 14 days of receiving the product or, in the case of services, from the date the contract is signed, that they withdraw from the purchase, without penalties and without being required to give a reason.
Products must be returned within 14 days of the date the contract is terminated, with transport costs borne by the customer. We recommend using the same courier service used for the original delivery. Under the legislation in force, the customer is required to notify the seller of the intention to return by calling the contact number on eurocarecosmetics.com, or by SMS, e-mail or WhatsApp, using the details in the "Contact" section.
The product must be returned together with all documents received and the instructions for use.
Right of withdrawal – before the order is delivered
Before receiving the parcel, the consumer undertakes to read and expressly accept these withdrawal terms established within the legal framework provided by O.U.G. 34/2014 and the European Union regulations on the right of withdrawal from distance contracts. From Monday to Friday, the seller hands orders over to the courier company by 4:00 p.m.; all orders placed by that time can be cancelled at no additional cost. If the parcel has already been collected or the deadline has passed, the seller may request compensation equal to the transport and delivery cost, namely 15 RON (VAT included).
The consumer has the right to be informed about products offered for sale other than those specified on the product page, before the order is handed over to the courier.
Right of withdrawal – after receiving the order
Under O.U.G. no. 34/2014, the consumer has the right to request a return within no more than 14 days from the invoice date and from the date of receiving the product, without prior notice. The seller reserves the right to ask for the reason for the return solely for the purpose of improving the platform or in the case of manufacturing defects not previously stated. The consumer undertakes to complete the electronic form with all requested details and to return the product in its original packaging, with the instructions for use and the supporting documents.
The consumer bears the return costs in the following situations:
a) When delivery of the order was free of charge;
b) When the customer requests a return without indicating any defect.
In all other cases, transport is covered by the seller. Under O.U.G. 34/2014, the seller may claim damages representing the market value of the product and compensation for the degree of use. For orders paid online by card from external stock, the seller refunds the order value minus 5%. This evidence is presented exclusively to A.N.P.C. (the National Authority for Consumer Protection).
