We deliver exclusively within Europe.
The delivery cost is 15 RON (VAT included) and is borne by the buyer. If the courier company changes its delivery rate, the price will be updated and you will be notified accordingly. The new rate applies to all orders shipped after the date of the announcement.
Delivery takes place within 1 to 4 business days from the date the order is confirmed.
Transport costs are borne by the buyer.
Orders containing more than two products are delivered free of charge throughout the country. The delivery schedule is Monday to Saturday. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. Saturday delivery is carried out only at the customer's request. If you will not be at the address during the delivery window, please provide an alternative address we can reach within that window.
The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to the buyer at the moment the buyer, or a third party designated by the buyer (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the products.
